guys. please guide me through the steps on changing the password for my adsl. i suspect my account was being violated since i was not able to connect through my adsl for a good 4 days. its all well for the timebeing but i want to change my password and i can't through ntc's customer care interface. it says 'error, please enter valid old password' even when i enter the correct one. pls help

You might have missed to experience or maybe forgot that Nepal's ISP purchase IPs and bandwidth in bulk mostly from Singapore (SingTel) or Indian Telco's. The sad part is the AS portion is not assigned to these local ISP hence the actual owner of the IP you own belongs to SingTel or Airtel (for an instance.)

This is actually illegal, perhaps illegal internationally as well. However, Nepal government have no rules on how Internet Service Providers in the country work and what are their underlying principles. Last year, one local ISP was owned by some khaires and they used it for hosting adult movies (rules are not just lax here, they aren't made to work.)

I put APN>ntnet and Data Roaming>on, also I sent message 3g to 1400, says 3g is already activated, eventhough I could not access internet in my MOTO-G 2nd generation
