It is very sad to see the monopoly of NTC and lack of government role for any improvement in any sector or free healthy competition. This article (news) came in March 2010, after 2 years also we dont see any steps taken in this direction, I don't know how long Nepali poor people have to pay very very high cost for Internet. Our neighbor India has one of the advanced telecom system with cheapest mobile and Internet rate in the world, yet we don't improve ourselves or let others to come. Thanks Nepal government ( Ministry of Information & Tech) and NTC for making Nepali innocent people dream, while you keep your monopoly in the country as long as you wish.

I think that tachsansar should update its contents. There is very less information on gadgets in Nepal. I think there should be details about the products available in Nepal and where one can buy it.

at first i also got problem on installing digicom router..It took me around a week to install the digicom router...This posts helps us a lot.

hello there... i have a Digicom router and the problem i'm having is, it's settings keeps changing in every once in a month or a week, And i have to reconfigure all the settings of my router again. Is it just my router or other Digicom routers have the same problem too??? Is there any way to keep the setting permanently?? Please help people....

EVDO is 'Evolution-Data Optimized'. DO does not means 'Data Only' as you mentioned in the article.

We all know NTC ADSL has problems but they tend to be lazy to fix, check ur router, user credentials, if not call NTC.
